Is someone going to stay with the simulator during the event?

Absolutely! The caddie will be there to facilitate whatever your guests would like to play as well as handle any technical issues that arise.

How much is the rental?

The 19th Hole Simulator can be rented for $250 per hour

Is there a minimum number of hours?

Generally for cost effectiveness, a four (4) hour minimum is the standard

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a deposit of 50% is required in order to reserve the date(s) and time(s).

How much time is needed for setup and tear-down?

The simulator caddie will need approximately an hour before and an hour after. The cost is built in to the hourly rate so there is no extra charge.

What is your cancellation policy?

A full refund is issued if the reservation is cancelled more than seven (7) days out from the reservation date. The service agreement details cancellations within the seven day window.

How much space is needed for the simulator?

12’H x 12’W x 15’L

Can right-handed and left-handed golfers play?

Yes! There is nothing that needs to be done during play; just step up and swing.
